Effective October 1, 2026
The short version
This website does not track you. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, no third-party scripts, and no contact forms. Its fonts, images, and code are served from this site only. We do not sell or share personal information.
Information the web server receives automatically
Like every website, the server that hosts this site receives basic technical information needed to deliver a page to your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information may be kept briefly in the hosting provider's standard server logs and is used only to operate and secure the site. We do not use it to identify visitors, build profiles, or measure traffic, and we do not combine it with any other information.
Information you choose to send us
If you contact us by email or mail, we receive the information you choose to provide. We use it only for the purpose of potentially responding to you.
Please do not send confidential information before speaking with us and agreeing on how to communicate. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Disclaimers.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use personal information for advertising. We disclose information only to service providers who help us operate our practice (such as email, hosting, and technology providers); when required by law, court order, or the Rules of Professional Conduct; or when necessary to protect our legal rights.
Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
This site does not set cookies or use browser storage. Because the site does not track visitors across time or across other websites, it responds the same way to every visitor, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Links to other websites
This policy does not apply to other websites.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law and our professional obligations, including obligations to retain client files.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you from your communications with us, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal and professional obligations.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
